I am also very much in recycling as much as I can. I always try and reuse copper pipe and recycle all scrap metal.

Any waste disposal is done in a responsible way at a recycling centre. Recycling centres only accept traders who hold a waste carriers licence. You can check my licence by clicking the link to the right. A trader without a licence is breaking the law and is obviously fly tipping your waste. You, as a customer, have a duty to ensure your waste is being disposed of properly.
